Summary
Re-pull of the public CDP x402 discovery registry (5,000 listings sampled across 5 pages) re-measures the per-network segmentation originally reported in finding #054, now that the decimals-aware price normalizer is in place. Result: Base carries 99%+ of listings and Solana remains the only chain with a standalone single-network payer segment; no won- or yen-priced listing exists in the sample, so local-currency-watch-001 stays closed.
Key Findings
- Sample of 5,000 listings: Base (eip155:8453) dominant; Solana the only chain with single-network listings beyond Base (30 listings on solana:5eykt...).
- No listing in the sample publishes a won- or yen-priced amount (no priceKRW/priceYen/priceWon extra fields); currency extras are all USD/USDC.
- Accept-array entries still dominate non-Base chains; Polygon/Arbitrum/Optimism/XRPL/Monad/BNB/Algorand/Scroll/ZKsync/Hedera show zero single-network listings in the sample.
- Decimals-aware reading does not change the qualitative segmentation conclusion from finding #054.
Recommendations
- Keep settlement-network-001 / local-currency-watch-001 closed; no new build item.
- Re-check on the 2026-11-04 batch only if a won/yen-priced listing appears or Solana standalone segment moves.
Impact
Closes research-todo-032-002. No todo changes. Blocker bazaar-cdp-settlement-001 unchanged.
